About Steven

By overseeing the company’s day-to-day business operations and compliance program, Steve allows the rest of us to focus on serving our clients. A transplant from Pittsburgh, Steve practiced commercial law for more than 20 years there, where he was repeatedly named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.”  

During his career in private practice, Steve represented individual investors, registered representatives, and some of the nation’s largest investment houses in securities-related matters. He left private practice to become the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a medical services firm prior to joining Everhart Advisors in 2015.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and International Relations from Lehigh University and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and holds a Series 66 license.

Steve is active in the community and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the East End Cooperative Ministry and the Fund for the Advancement of Minorities through Education.
