Pocketnest App Privacy Policy

This notice describes how we handle your personal information and the steps we take to protect your privacy within our Everhart Advisors Pocketnest application. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. We call this information “customer data” or just “data”.  Please read this policy carefully to understand what we do.

Protecting Customer Data

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, including a written data security policy, to protect customer data. The only persons authorized to have access to it are those who need access in order to do their jobs. We require them to keep all data secure and confidential.

Information We Collect

We collect data you give us and data about the accounts you have with us so that we can serve you. It includes, for example:

• Your name and address
• Income, financial data and Social Security number
• Account numbers

Sharing Data

Everhart Advisors does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We offer the following methods:

Option 1 — Delete from Within the App (Preferred)

• Open the App and navigate to Settings > Delete Your Account
• Confirm your identity when prompted
• Your account and all associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Option 2 — Submit a Request by Email

• Email support@pocketnest.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

• Include your registered email address and/or username
• Pocketnest will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days of receipt

What Happens After a Deletion Request

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, Pocketnest will:

• Delete or anonymize your personal data from our active systems within 30 days
• Remove your data from backup systems within 90 days
• Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Please note that we may retain certain data after a deletion request where required by law (for example, financial records required for tax compliance), to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained data will be held only for the minimum period required and will not be used for any other purpose. We will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice if you decide to delete your account.

Everhart Advisors does not sell your personal information. Federal law gives you the right to limit certain sharing of your nonpublic personal information. You may request that we limit certain types of sharing as permitted by law. To opt out, please contact us at 614-717-9705. Please note that we may still share information as permitted by law, including for servicing your account or complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
