About Bob

Bob brings a wide range of defense and corporate leadership experience to his role at Everhart Advisors, including over 20 years of special operations experience. Prior to Everhart Advisors, Bob served in leadership roles in both the metal recycling and corporate security training industries.

At Everhart Advisors, he leads integration initiatives focused on optimizing organizational performance and aligning operational strategy with business objectives. With experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, Bob works to streamline processes, improve collaboration across departments, and support scalable growth. He collaborates closely with company leadership and department heads to ensure smooth integration of systems, workflows, and strategic initiatives.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut with a major in political science & government. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 2017 after more than 20 years of honorable service, achieving the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer.
