Hospitality House Location

6095 Springburn Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017 – outside of the house only. Located at the Northwest entrance to the tournament, just off the 12th hole.

For returning guests, this is the same Hospitality House location as previous years.

Parking & Shuttle Transportation

You can park at the Dublin Jerome High School parking lot, located at the east end near the tennis courts.

Look for Everhart Advisors’ hospitality house signage to easily locate the shuttle pick-up point. Overnight parking is not permitted, and parking at the hospitality house is prohibited.

A shuttle service will be available to transport you between the parking lot and the hospitality house, operating from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Hospitality House Check-In

Check in at the table on the lower-level patio in the backyard of the hospitality house, where you’ll receive a wristband for access to house amenities.

– If arriving via shuttle, follow the cart path toward the course; the patio entrance will be on your right.
– If coming from the course, the house is on your left, just off of hole 12.

Breakfast & Coffee

Sunny Street Café will provide breakfast pastries from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. The Coffee Camper, a full-service coffee truck, will be available from 8:30 to 11:30 AM.

Lunch & Beverages

Lunch will be available from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, while supplies last. Cold beverages will be served throughout the day.

Bathrooms

Air-conditioned and flushable toilets will be located at the front of the property.

Tournament Bag Policy

Bags larger than a small purse (6 x 6 x 6) including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags are prohibited. Approved bags include: clear bags smaller than 12 x 6 x 6, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags, medically necessary bags and diaper bags.

Tournament Chair Policy

Collapsible chairs are allowed without the chair bags. No lounge or over-sized chairs with extended foot rests.
