Hammerman, Graf, Hughes & Company, Inc. (“HGH”), a certified public accounting firm, and Everhart Advisors, a full-service wealth management firm, are pleased to announce a strategic alliance intended to enhance the coordinated financial, tax, and advisory resources available to their clients. Through this relationship, clients may—when requested and appropriate—benefit from Everhart Advisors’ wealth advisory services as well as expanded access to integrated tax planning delivered in collaboration with HGH’s CPA professionals.
Everhart Advisors already provides tax-related services to its clients. This alliance with HGH will add depth and additional CPA level expertise to Everhart’s existing tax capabilities by creating a structured pathway for clients to obtain comprehensive, integrated tax planning support.
Both firms remain fully independent, continuing to provide services solely within their respective licensure and regulatory boundaries:
- HGH will continue providing accounting, audit, tax, advisory, and integrated tax planning services as a licensed CPA firm.
- Everhart Advisors will continue providing wealth advisory services, retirement plan consulting and fiduciary support, and tax related services.
The alliance does not constitute a merger, acquisition, or joint business entity. Instead, it offers a structured method for the firms to coordinate in situations where investment strategies and tax considerations intersect. The collaboration’s purpose is to enhance clarity, coordination, and client experience without altering either firm’s independence or regulatory obligations.
