Thom Brex is the Director of Tax at Everhart Advisors. Thom has over 25 years of experience in tax planning, consulting, and compliance advice to clients throughout Ohio and nationally, including legal, medical, consulting, and engineering firms and professionals, as well as closely held businesses and their owners, and large and middle-market corporate clients with multi-state tax filing requirements. Thom is also skilled at transaction/merger and acquisition consulting.

Thom’s responsibilities include the management of various tax services, including tax return review, tax planning, tax research, and consulting. He has the broad practical experience and a keen sense of identifying tax savings opportunities for his clients.

Thom Brex has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wright State University. Tom earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
