President & CEO CFP®,CEPA
From his leadership of Everhart Advisors and his work with clients, to his own health and wellness, Scott is goal-oriented. He sets and attacks goals with discipline and consistency. From your first meeting you can sense how Scott is invested in you—he wants everyone to get the retirement they desire, so he’s built, organized, and empowered a team of experts to make it happen.
The joke around the office is that Scott cannot multi-task. The reality is that Scott is so laser-focused on what’s in front of him—whether that’s a client or a colleague, a plan or a portfolio—that he won’t do anything else at the same time. This is why most people will point out what a great listener he is, and why they say he’s so thoughtful, comforting, and easy to connect with.
The neatly organized stacks of paper that line his desk reveal his sense of order, and the sticky-note-filled business books and ideas jotted down on pads of paper offer a glimpse into his process, how he moves quickly from information to ideas to action.
Scott founded Everhart Advisors in 1995, but his focus on financial planning and retirement plan advising goes back to 1991. His depth of experience includes comprehensive wealth building, investment management, tax planning, and advanced retirement plan design. He is a nationally recognized advisor and helped pioneer increased 401(k) fee transparency.
