Hospitality House Location

6095 Springburn Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017 – outside of the house only. Located at the Northwest entrance to the tournament, just off the 12th hole.

Parking

You can park your car at the Eli Pinney Elementary School located at 9989 Concord Rd, Dublin, OH 43017.

Overnight parking is not allowed, and parking at the hospitality house is prohibited.

Look for Everhart Advisors’ flags and hospitality house signage to easily spot the shuttle pick-up point.

A shuttle service will be available to transport you between the parking lot and the hospitality house. Two shuttles will operate from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with an increased service of three shuttles running from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Shuttle Transportation

Shuttle service will be available from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. In the morning, two white shuttles featuring the Everhart Advisors logo will be running. Starting at 1:30 PM, a third shuttle—a red shuttle displaying the LifeWise Academy logo—will be added to accommodate increased demand shuttles will transport guests between the parking lot and the hospitality house.

Hospitality House Check-In

Check in at the table on the lower-level patio in the backyard of the hospitality house, where you’ll receive a wristband for access to house amenities.

– If arriving via shuttle, follow the cart path toward the course; the patio entrance will be on your right.
– If coming from the course, the house is on your left, just off hole 12’s public path.

Breakfast Bar

Breakfast snacks and coffee will be available from 8:30-10:00 AM.

Lunch & Beverages

Lunch will be available from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. Cold beverages will be served all day.

Bathrooms

Air-conditioned and flushable toilets will be located at the front of the property.

Tournament Bag Policy

Bags larger than a small purse (6 x 6 x 6) including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags are prohibited. Approved bags include: clear bags smaller than 12 x 6 x 6, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags, medically necessary bags and diaper bags.

Tournament Chair Policy

Collapsible chairs are allowed without the chair bags. No lounge or over-sized chairs with extended foot rests.
