With his outgoing personality, he can make any situation more comfortable and even fun, and at the same time, make sure everyone’s attention is focused on the task in front of them.
Beyond the windswept look of his office, Brian’s creativity comes through in his thinking and approach to business—the way he does everything from solving business problems to elevating the mood in meetings, helping put people at ease and get work done.
Brian has played many roles at Everhart Advisors since he joined the firm in 1997. Today he leads the Everhart team of consultants, relationship managers, and educators in serving the unique needs of 401(k) plan sponsors and employees. Brian has formal training in fiduciary responsibility and due diligence, along with extensive experience in plan design, ERISA compliance, investment selection, vendor selection and fee negotiation.
